Severs x2.

  1. 300gr Skinless cod
  2. 2 tbs of olive oil (you can add more)
  3. 1 cloves of garlic
  4. 300-500 gr of cherry tomatoes
  5. Parsley
  6. Peppercorns
  1. Peel the garlic clove and crush it by using the width of a large knife
  2. Fry the garlic in the olive oil until the garlic gets soft in a medium frying pan
  3. Half the cherry tomatoes and add them to the frying pan with the garlic
  4. Cook them gently for 5-10 minutes
  5. Add the cod and salt everything, cover with the lid
  6. Cook it for 10 minutes, you don’t want to overcook the cod so watch out for the more thin cod slices, they might take much less time
  7. Add finely chopped parsley and taste for salt and pepper
  8. Eat
