Cod in crazy water.
Severs x2.
- 300gr Skinless cod
- 2 tbs of olive oil (you can add more)
- 1 cloves of garlic
- 300-500 gr of cherry tomatoes
- Parsley
- Peppercorns
- Peel the garlic clove and crush it by using the width of a large knife
- Fry the garlic in the olive oil until the garlic gets soft in a medium frying pan
- Half the cherry tomatoes and add them to the frying pan with the garlic
- Cook them gently for 5-10 minutes
- Add the cod and salt everything, cover with the lid
- Cook it for 10 minutes, you don’t want to overcook the cod so watch out for the more thin cod slices, they might take much less time
- Add finely chopped parsley and taste for salt and pepper
